- avocado½
- lettuce½ head (150 g)
- doubanjiang (spicy broad bean paste)½ teaspoon
- sesame oil½ tablespoon
☆ Seasonings
- sake1 tablespoon
- sugar½ tablespoon
- soy sauce1 tablespoon

Finely chop the onion. Cut the avocado into 3/5-inch (1.5 cm) cubes. Tear the lettuce leaves in half lengthwise.

Heat the sesame oil in a frying pan. Add the ground pork and stir-fry over medium heat. When the pork changes color, add the onion and cook until softened. Add the doubanjiang and stir-fry briefly. Then add the avocado and the ☆ seasonings, and stir-fry until combined.

Spoon the filling from step 2 onto the lettuce.
