PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: June 25, 2026

every, Inc. ("we," "our," or "us") a corporation organized under the laws of Japan, is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, and disclose personal information about you when you use the OISHY website (the "Service") available at https://oishy.tv.

Scope. For purposes of this Privacy Policy, "personal information" means information that identifies, relates to, or could reasonably be linked with you or your household. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites, services or applications, even if they are accessible through the Service. Any information that we collect is subject to the Privacy Policy in effect at the time that information is collected.

Age Requirement. The Service is intended solely for individuals who are 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, please do not use the Service. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Personal Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Service, personal information is collected automatically through cookies, log files, and similar technologies, including:

  • Identifiers: such as IP address, online identifiers, cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and similar identifiers, including analytics cookies assigned by Google Analytics 4 (e.g., _ga, _gid, and related cookies) and advertising cookies assigned by Google Ad Manager or related advertising technologies. We collect this information for security monitoring and approximate geolocation. We configure Google Analytics 4 to minimize IP address retention where available. Web server logs may retain the full IP address for up to 60 days (production).
  • Internet or other electronic network activity information: pages viewed, time spent on pages, navigation paths within the Service, content interactions, and video viewing history.
  • Geolocation data: such as approximate location inferred from your IP address or device/browser information. We do not use this information to determine your precise geolocation unless we provide additional notice and, where required, obtain your consent.
  • Characteristics of protected classifications and inferences: Where Google Signals or similar Google Analytics advertising features are enabled, Google Analytics may associate age group, gender, and interest categories with your session. This data is used for aggregated reporting and is not linked to any individually identifiable user by us.

2.2 Personal Information You Provide to Us

We collect personal information you voluntarily submit when you contact us via our contact form or email, including your name, email address, and the content of your message.

2.3 Session Recording Data (Microsoft Clarity)

We use Microsoft Clarity to record user sessions, including mouse movements, clicks, and scroll behavior, to help us understand how visitors interact with the Service. Text input fields are intended to be masked by Microsoft Clarity by default; however, you should avoid entering sensitive personal information into any free-text fields. Standard session recordings may be retained for 30 days; certain favorited or sampled sessions may be retained for up to 13 months (as configured).

3. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

We use the personal information described above for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: to operate, maintain, and display the content and functionality of the Service.
  • Analytics and improvement: to analyze how users interact with the Service, measure performance (including Web Vitals), identify usage trends, and improve the user experience, including behavioral analysis, demographic segmentation, and search-traffic analysis via Google Search Console.
  • Advertising: to display advertisements through Google Ad Manager, including programmatic advertising via Google Ad Exchange (AdX), and to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
  • User support: to respond to inquiries submitted via our contact form or email.
  • Security: to detect, investigate, and prevent unauthorized access, fraudulent activity, and other security incidents.
  • Legal compliance: to fulfill our legal obligations, including responding to privacy rights requests under the CCPA/CPRA and other applicable laws.

4. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use the following tracking technologies on the Service:

  • Targeting / marketing cookies: advertising cookies placed by Google Ad Manager and related advertising technologies for advertising delivery and ad measurement. Certain disclosures through these technologies may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA.
  • Analytics cookies: cookies placed by Google Analytics 4 (e.g., _ga, _gid, retained up to 2 years) for behavioral analysis and performance measurement.
  • Tags and pixels: measurement and analytics tags deployed via Google Tag Manager, including the Google Analytics 4 tag and the Google Ad Manager tag. Google Tag Manager itself is not intended to collect personal information.
  • Session recording: Microsoft Clarity records user sessions for UX analytics. Text input is intended to be masked by default.

Your Choices

You may opt out of non-essential tracking technologies in the following ways:

(a) Privacy Choices Form. You may submit a request by using our privacy choices form at https://help-oishy.every.tv/hc/en-us/ or by emailing us at support-oishy@every.tv (subject: "Privacy Choices Request").

(b) Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or device sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising for that browser/device.

(c) Browser Controls. You may also manage cookie preferences through your browser settings; however, disabling certain cookies may affect the availability of features on the Service.

Please note that opt-out mechanisms may be browser- or device-specific and may not fully eliminate all advertising, including non-personalized advertising.

5. DISCLOSURE TO THIRD PARTIES

5.1 Third-Party Service Providers

We have disclosed personal information within the past twelve (12) months to the following third-party service providers to operate the Service:

  • Google LLC (Google Ad Manager / Google Ad Exchange (AdX)): we share advertising cookie data and page-view information with Google to enable programmatic advertising and measure advertising effectiveness. This sharing may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA.
  • Google LLC (Google Analytics 4 / Google Tag Manager): we share browsing behavior, device information, and cookie data with Google for analytics purposes. Because Google Signals is enabled, demographic and interest data may be associated with sessions of signed-in Google users. This sharing may constitute "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA.
  • Google LLC (Google Search Console): we share website performance data with Google for search-traffic analysis. Only aggregated data is processed; individual users are not identified.
  • Microsoft Corporation (Microsoft Clarity): we share session recording data with Microsoft for UX analytics.
  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS): our Service is hosted on AWS infrastructure located in Japan and the United States. AWS processes data solely on our behalf as our service provider.

5.2 Other Disclosures

We may disclose your personal information when required by applicable law, court order, or legal process; in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; or when we believe disclosure is necessary to prevent fraud, abuse, or harm to any person.

5.3 No Sale of Personal Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. Certain disclosures to advertising partners may constitute "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the CCPA/CPRA. You have the right to opt out of such sharing as described in Section 6 below.

6. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your place of residence, you may have certain rights in relation to your personal information. These may include the right to:

    • Purposes for collecting or selling personal information;
    • Categories of third parties to which we share personal information; and
    • Categories of personal information sold or shared by us and category of recipients.

How to Exercise Your Rights

If you request to exercise the above rights, please contact us:

We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days, with an extension of up to 45 additional days where reasonably necessary.

However, please note that, when we process your request, we will need information from you to verify your identity.

Because we do not maintain user accounts, we may need to verify your request using information associated with your browser/device (e.g., cookie identifiers) or your email inquiry. In some cases, we may be unable to locate information linked to you.

If you submit a request through an authorized agent, we may require the agent to provide proof that you have authorized the agent to act on your behalf. We may also require you to verify your identity directly with us or confirm directly with us that you have authorized the agent to submit the request.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

If your browser or device sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will treat it as a request to opt out of sharing for that browser/device.
