    I wrapped it in bacon.

I made this for the first time! The taste was... basically a "hamburg steak packed tightly with meat"!!!!! It took a while, but it was very delicious, and when I posted it online, people seemed to find the meat packed into a pound cake pan amusing, so it was also well received visually. I didn't have any red wine for the sauce, so I made it with ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, meat juices, and black pepper.

Delicious and super easy! I made it in a disposable pound cake pan from the 100-yen shop, and the amount fit perfectly. It’s perfect for when making hamburger steaks feels like too much trouble. It feels a bit fancier than hamburger steaks, too♪

I’ve been making this recipe for a while. The meat flavor comes through directly, and my husband says he likes this better than hamburger steak. It’s really delicious. Lately I’ve been into oatmeal, so I used it instead of breadcrumbs. I soaked 30 g of oatmeal in 30 g of water, reduced the milk to 20 g, and kneaded it in, and it turned out just right. Oatmeal is also high in dietary fiber and lower in carbs. It doesn’t have a strong taste, so you can’t really tell it’s there. With supermarket meat, it was hard to get exactly 500 g, so I added a bit more oatmeal.

I made this by mixing in frozen mixed vegetables. It was packed tightly with meat and really delicious! I might even like it more than hamburg steak...♪

It was very delicious. I didn’t add nutmeg, but it still turned out to have a rich, meaty flavor.

It turned out delicious and was so easy—just mix the ingredients together♪

I put three boiled eggs inside. It seems like you could preheat it even without a baking tray.

It turned out really delicious. I combined it with another recipe and used 300 g of mixed ground meat, then added green peppers, carrots, onion, and corn. Since it’s baked in the oven, it wasn’t greasy at all, which was great! The sauce had a nice tanginess and went really well with it. My family liked it too.

I baked it with finely chopped carrots and three hard-boiled eggs. Since the oven does all the work, it was really easy ♪ Maybe I didn’t get the air out properly, but it crumbled a little when I cut it. Next time, I’ll pack it in more firmly before baking!
