- strawberry10 (150 g)
- sugar, for sauce2 tablespoons
- lemon juice1 teaspoon
★ Batter
- cream cheese200 g
- sugar (for batter)3 tablespoons
- heavy cream100 ml
- egg1
- cake flour3 tablespoons

Instructions

Put the cookies in a plastic bag and crush them finely with a rolling pin. Add the butter and mix well until evenly combined. Put the mixture into a parchment-lined pan, cover with plastic wrap, and press it down with your fingers to spread it evenly.
Note:
Bring the cream cheese to room temperature.

Finely chop the strawberries. Add the strawberries and sugar to a saucepan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the lemon juice and let it cool slightly.
Note:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Add the cream cheese and sugar, and mix well.

Add the egg and mix well, then add the strawberry sauce and mix again.
