Instructions

Put the heavy cream and sugar in a bowl, and whip until stiff peaks form.

Slice the strawberries thinly.

Place sliced strawberries on a biscuit and spread with whipped cream. Stack 3 of these layers.

Coat the outside with the remaining whipped cream, and chill in the refrigerator for about 4 hours. Top with the garnish strawberries and mint.

Note:

Cut the garnish strawberries however you like.
