Please Note

Instructions
1
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix. Add the milk and melted butter, and mix well.
2
Sift in the cake flour and baking powder, and mix until no dry flour remains to make the batter.
3
Dust the frankfurters with a light coating of cake flour as needed(not included in the ingredient list). Pour enough vegetable oil into a pot to reach about 3 to 4 cm from the bottom, and heat to 340°F (170°C). Coat each frankfurter completely with batter and place it in the oil. Fry for about 5 to 6 minutes, turning as needed, until the batter is cooked through and golden brown. Repeat to fry all 8 frankfurters.
Note:
If you don't have skewered frankfurters, cut bamboo skewers or disposable chopsticks and insert them into the frankfurters or sausages.

Serve on a plate, and add ketchup and mustard if desired.
