  • sugar50 g
  • fine coconut70 g
  • ground cinnamon⅓ teaspoon

Preheat the oven to 275°F (130°C).

Put the egg white and sugar in a bowl, and mix with a rubber spatula until the sugar dissolves.

Add the desiccated coconut and cinnamon powder, and mix until combined to make the batter.

Using a large spoon, scoop 1/12 of the batter at a time and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake in the preheated 275°F (130°C) oven for 20 minutes. Rotate the baking sheet front to back, then bake for another 20 minutes.

Once baked, leave the macaroons to cool in the oven.
