Put the natto, green onions, natto sauce packet, potato starch, and grated parmesan cheese in a bowl and mix well.

Heat the salad oil in a frying pan. Spoon the natto mixture into the pan and cook over medium heat until both sides are browned.

The mixture is soft, so let it cook without touching it until it browns.
