Instructions

Cut the sweet potato into bite-size pieces, soak them in water, and drain well. Peel the ginger and cut it into thin strips.

Heat the sesame oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the ground chicken and stir-fry until it changes color. Add the sweet potato and ginger, and stir-fry until coated with oil.

Add the ingredients marked with ☆ and mix. Once it comes to a boil, cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, until the sweet potato is tender.

Stir in the potato starch slurry in a circular motion, then cook over medium heat, stirring gently, until thickened.
