Instructions

Put the mixed seaweed in a bowl and soak it in water as needed (not included in the ingredient list) until rehydrated. Cut the tofu into bite-size pieces. Cut the tomato into bite-size pieces. Tear the green leaf lettuce into bite-size pieces.
