It was easy to make, but it tasted like something you'd get at a restaurant, which was fantastic!

I cook steak at home pretty often, so I’ve used this as a reference and had it several times. I prefer something with a bit of acidity and not too sweet, so I use half the amount of butter. Also, after cooking the meat, I wrap it in aluminum foil and let it cool. Apparently, the blood-like liquid that comes out after it cools is actually the meat’s flavorful juices, so I add that juice to the sauce and heat it up. It’s nice to make it fresh each time, but if you’re eating it two days in a row, would storing it in the freezer also work? Next time, I’d like to try making a version with grated onion.

This is my third time making it! I decided to serve steak 2 to 3 times a week for my two daughters, who are active in school sports clubs. This sauce has been a huge hit! A great boost for stamina and a good way to help prevent anemia! It’s wonderful support for helping them enjoy a full and active student life! Thank you for this easy and delicious recipe★

It was delicious. Just adding butter gave it more richness. When I have time, I’d also like to try adding grated onion for some variation.

I didn’t have any butter, so I made it with margarine, but it still turned into a pretty decent sauce. I was wondering what to do since I’d run out of red wine, so this really helped!

I made it exactly as the recipe said, but the flavor was a little on the sweet side.
