Instructions

1

For the pizza dough, put the ingredients marked with ☆ in a bowl and mix until no dry flour remains. Transfer to a work surface and knead until the surface is smooth.

2

Return the dough to the same bowl, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and let it rise at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes, until it has grown to about 1.5 times its original size.

3

Thinly slice the onion. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

4

Dust a cutting board with bread flour (not included in the listed amount) and place the dough from step 2 on it. Press and stretch the dough with your fingertips while releasing the air, forming a rim around the edge.

Note:

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) before stretching the dough.

5

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the dough on it.

6

Spread the pizza sauce over the dough, then top with the onion, salami, and cherry tomatoes, in that order. Sprinkle with black pepper and add the pizza cheese.

7

Bake in a preheated 425°F (220°C) oven for 10 minutes.
