  • onion½ (100 g)
  • milk150 ml
  • olive oil1 teaspoon
  • parsley, choppeda pinch

Cut the onion into 1 cm cubes.

Heat the olive oil in a pot, add the onion, and sauté over medium heat until softened. Add the canned diced tomatoes and the seasonings marked ☆, and mix. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 3 minutes. Add the milk and stir quickly.

Note:

Do not overheat after adding the milk, as it can separate. Stir it in quickly.
