  • milk200 ml
  • water250 ml
  • sugar1 tablespoon
  • cinnamon stick1 stalk (7 cm)
  • ginger1 knob

Pour the water into a saucepan and heat over medium heat. Once it comes to a boil, add the tea bags. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 to 4 minutes.

Add the sugar, cinnamon stick, and ginger, and stir. Add the milk and heat for 2 to 3 minutes, stirring as it warms.

Note:

You can substitute the cinnamon stick with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder.
