- cabbage¼ head
- bean sprouts1 bag
- ground chicken150 g
- garlic1 clove
- naganegi (Japanese long green onion)1 stalk
- sesame oil1 teaspoon
- vegetable oil½ tablespoon

- water600 ml
- miso4 tablespoons
- chicken stock powder1 tablespoon
- doubanjiang1 teaspoon

Instructions

Cut the cabbage into bite-size pieces. Mince the garlic. Finely chop the green onion.

Heat the vegetable oil and garlic in a frying pan. Cook over low heat until fragrant, then add the ground chicken and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the cabbage and stir-fry until it's evenly coated in the oil.

Add the soup ingredients and mix. Once it comes to a boil, add the bean sprouts.

Add the sesame oil to serving bowls, then add the cooked Chinese noodles, soup, and vegetables. Top with the green onion and serve.
