- Japanese soup stock powder1 teaspoon
- soy sauce1 teaspoon

- water½ tablespoon

Instructions

Trim off the root ends of the green onions and slice them into thin rounds.

Put the water, Japanese soup stock powder, soy sauce, mirin, and salt in a pot and heat over medium heat. Once it comes to a boil, add the potato starch slurry and bring it back to a boil while stirring.

Slowly pour the beaten egg into the pot in a circular motion and stir gently.

Add the green onions and stir.
