Cooking tandoori chicken in the oven helps prevent burning and keeps it juicy. The flavors of curry powder, garlic, and more make this an irresistible dish. Roast vegetables alongside the chicken for a presentation that is perfect for entertaining. Finish with a squeeze of lemon or lime for a fresh touch, and enjoy it as a great snack with drinks. If you do not like spicy food, reduce the amount of chili powder or leave it out.
